High-pressure water damages render — acrylic render cracks and chips, cement render crumbles at joins. Soft washing uses 60–500 PSI with biodegradable solutions that kill mould and algae at the root without any surface damage.
Salt air creates persistently damp conditions on rendered walls, accelerating mould penetration deeper than in inland areas. We apply post-wash inhibitor treatment to all renders as standard, significantly extending the time before regrowth occurs.
